Undergraduate Programs
Admissions data by major.
Contains demographic and academic information about students within a major.
Retention and graduation trends over time with optional breakouts by student characteristics.
Builds on other retention and graduation dashboards, shows whether undergraduate students were retained /graduated within their intended school/major. Helpful for exploring graduation pipeline questions
Degrees Awarded - Information on awarded degrees by major and minor, with demographic breakouts.
Shows annual (fall/spring) credit hour, FTE production, or courses taught at the department and school level; has selections for course level by faculty rank.
Shows the undergraduate credit hours generated within a subject code. Shows who each program is serving beyond the program's majors.

Graduate Programs
Provides admissions data overtime, including:
- Number of students who applied, were admitted, and enrolled
- SIR yields – Percentage of admitted students who submitted an SIR (Statement of Intent to Register)
- Enrollment yields – Percentage of students who enrolled after submitting an SIR
Contain demographic and academic information about students within a program.
Several different visualizations illustrating different outcomes of interest for graduate students, including:
- Percentage of students from each entering cohort who earned PhDs, were retained (with and without Masters), or left (with and without Masters)
- Percentage of students from each entering cohort who advanced to candidacy within 3 years, after 3 years, or did not advance
- Completion data, including median time to degree by graduating cohort, and percentage of completions
