The Business Architecture & Analytics team in the CIE uses IBM Blueworks Live to digitalize our university's business processes in order to accomplish the following:
- Introduce better opportunities for process optimization.
- Create a directory of university business knowledge.
- Help create a record of the type of work being done. This benefits the university during:
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Classifying positions correctly
- Understanding business processes which are currently completed using a "word of mouth" methodology
